Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber For Sale

Luxury hard-shell cabin designed for private, single-user wellness and recovery sessions. Model-dependent 1.3, 1.5 or 1.9 ATA configurations, with adjustable pressure and timed operating modes. PSA oxygen generation, synchronized internal/external controls and multiple emergency-release safeguards support supervised daily operation.

Product Introduction

The MNLT luxury mild hyperbaric chamber is built for wellness centers, recovery studios, hotels, rehabilitation facilities and private-use projects that require more comfort and operational control than a soft-shell chamber. It combines a rigid walk-in cabin, reclining sofa, air conditioning, oxygen headset, ambient lighting and internal communication in one integrated environment.

For buyers comparing additional configurations, review our advanced mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber platform within the broader professional physical therapy equipment range.

Intended-use note: This mild hyperbaric chamber is not presented as a substitute for diagnosis or medical treatment. Use should follow the supplied manual, local regulations and qualified medical advice where applicable.

PSA Oxygen Supply and Pressure-Control Engineering

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA): Ambient air passes through zeolite molecular sieves to separate oxygen from nitrogen and generate an oxygen-enriched supply.

Integrated compressor and adsorption unit: The main unit combines pressurization and oxygen-generation functions in a coordinated system.

Pressure configurations: The general manual applies to 1.3 ATA, 1.5 ATA and 1.9 ATA versions; the delivered rating must match the sales contract.

Adjustable gauge pressure: Available settings include 30, 50 and 90 kPa, adjustable in 5 or 10 kPa increments within the ordered model's safe range.

Timed sessions: Select 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, with 10-minute adjustment increments.

Controlled decompression: Automatic pressure release normally takes approximately 8–15 minutes before the door opens at atmospheric pressure.

Comfort, Monitoring and Safety Architecture

Synchronized control panels inside and outside the chamber allow supervised parameter setting and status review.

Real-time display monitors chamber pressure, temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, oxygen flow and session countdown.

Cabin comfort package includes a reclining sofa, air-conditioning controls, LED light strip, oxygen headset and communication phone.

Emergency-stop system shuts down oxygen supply, while internal and external manual pressure-relief valves support emergency depressurization.

Sensor-based alerts cover chamber pressure, oxygen flow, oxygen concentration and compressor communication.

Overheat protection automatically stops the main unit if the compressor environment reaches an abnormal temperature.

Facilities expanding a broader recovery menu can also evaluate the dual-handle clinical ultrawave physical therapy system as a complementary, non-pressure-based modality.

Installation and Daily Operation

Install the chamber in a clean, ventilated indoor area away from direct sunlight, heat, oil fumes and unstable voltage. Maintain at least 50 cm around the cabin surfaces and 70 cm around the host cooling-fan outlet. Use a dedicated socket rated at 10 A or above.

Before each session, verify the pipelines, power connection, pressure-relief valves, oxygen output, condensate tank and air-conditioning water level. New users should begin at 20 kPa gauge pressure or below and increase pressure gradually according to tolerance and professional guidance. Never introduce flames, lighters, power banks, damaged electronics, metal tools or other ignition risks into the chamber.

Buyer FAQ and Factory-Direct Enquiry

Is this chamber suitable for unsupervised medical treatment?

No. The manual identifies contraindications and groups requiring medical advice or supervision. Buyers must establish an appropriate screening and operating procedure.

How is oxygen generated?

The main unit uses PSA technology and zeolite molecular sieves to separate oxygen from ambient air. Oxygen is delivered through the designated headset or nasal interface.

What maintenance is required?

Keep the cabin and main unit clean with a soft cloth and neutral detergent. Inspect filters regularly; filters and mufflers should be inspected, cleaned or replaced within 600 operating hours. Use only purified or distilled water in the air-conditioning unit.

What happens during a power outage?

The operator should open the manual pressure-relief valve. Once chamber pressure returns to atmospheric level, the door can be opened.

Can MNLT support wholesale and OEM projects?

Yes. Share the target ATA version, voltage, quantity, destination country and branding requirements for configuration review and quotation.
